Viewing a Theme
My first theme. After downloading and viewing many themes I decided to take the plunge. I created this theme based on work by others here including but not limited to Silent RADO RadoVOX.
White Tie's Walter guide has been invaluable. Thanx White Tie.
I attempted to create a theme that could be used on a high resolution screen. Any comments appreciated.
The latest update has colored icons and more layouts. (Feb 14 2012) Another update with an attempted iTransport trans.* layout, based on Jedi's usage. (Feb 19 2012)
After buying a new 1920x1080 TV/Monitor, I've worked on optimizing this theme for this resolution. (Feb 23 2012)

Thank you. This is what new themes should be all about; finding new ways of displaying and interacting with the DAW for different purposes. Themes in reaper are SO easy to switch, its very easy and quick to change when you need to get different things done. WheresCarter and Jedi said it right. This inspires me to try a DAW controller app for my android tablet.

Korte1975 doesn't get it... this theme is about being able to do one of several things:
1. Allow users to see track names, meters, etc. while not SITTING AT THE DESK - I can be standing in the middle of the studio and know what's going on.
2. Make it easier to click things when using an iPad or iPhone for remote control - starting and stopping the transport from a playing position in the room when recording by yourself.
3. For folks that may not have great vision - not everyone has "normal" eyesight.
I think it's a WONDERFUL piece of work, and I thank hwhalen very much for all of his working in getting this optimized for iPad users like myself. Kudos... Brilliant job.

Don't let the negative comment discourage you. I am really digging this theme. It's great for recording when away from the desk - you can see what's going on from across the room. I also think it will prove refreshing to alternate to this during long tracking sessions - no need to squint! I really appreciate the work you did for everyone's benefit. 5 stars.

this is the worst theme i've ever seen for reaper. i see u really want to be on the topof the list, but this theme is really useless.i'm sorry but it sucks
