Note removing using Backspace by Andrew479

This keymap adds a "backspace deletion" functionality in Reaper. Very useful for step recording, if you hit the wrong note.

It's works the same as Backspace with text.

I used to work with Sony Acid and this functionality was missing in Reaper, until now :-)
