This extension allows you to pass all keystrokes from subwindows (VST interfaces, etc) into reaper so all of your keycommands are available even when you have a window selected. Enable/disable the feature from the Options menu or by binding a key to the actions. When disabled, the behavoir is the default REAPER behavoir of passing on some keys, but not all.

Drop the DLL into your REAPER\Plugin directory.
