8 Channel router/mixer v2.2

Updated version of the Youn's JS (http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?p=137015).

v2.2 updates (07.19.2009) by Jeffos:

- Mute and solo buttons added for each input channel (new FX parameters)

- CPU optimizations (refactored 'block' and 'sample' parts):

The less connected outputs and/or track channels => the less CPU use

- Fixed output mix summing

(vars spi1...spi7 were not up to date before summing)
