This JS effect sends out the midi command for bpm to the X3 to match that of track bpm or multiples of it.
Just plug a midi cable into the input of your X3 and a midi output & set the midi output of the track to the cable.
Update 11/09/2011: I've added an extra slider - Send BPM every X beats, so if u choose a large value can u reduce how often the bpm is sent to the X3 as it seems the x3 has some issues with receiving the same bpm info.

This JS plugin does a great job! However, I notice that the X3L's BPM varies about 1%, refreshing every beat, resulting in soft rumours when using tempo based delays.
